Who’s Hot?

The Mercury are on a four-game winning streak.  After losing three games in a row, the Mercury seem to be turning things around and are currently ranked third in the West with a 6-3 record.

Who’s Not?

The Fever are still struggling to win their first game with a 0 -7 record.

Performance of the Week

Skylar Diggins-Smith, Wings: 35 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists in win vs. Fever.

Game of the Week

The Dream handed the Sun their first defeat this season. The Dream’s Tiffany Hayes tallied 22 points and 7 rebounds in their five-point victory against the Sun on Tuesday. The Sun’s Alyssa Thomas nearly had a triple-double with 19 points, 17 rebounds and 7 assists, but it just wasn’t enough to maintain their undefeated streak.  These two teams will play again on June 22nd at McCamish Pavilion.

Beast of the East

The Sun still hold the top spot of the Eastern Conference with a 6-1 record.  They were undefeated until their first defeat against the Dream on Tuesday, but they are back on track with a two-game winning streak.

Wild, Wild West

The Storm have taken the first-place spot from the Sparks this week. Both the Storm and Sparks have loss only two games so far, but the Storm have played more games putting them at first in the West.

What To Watch
